Terms & Conditions

❀ By submitting payment you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
❀ Full payment is expected up front before I begin drawing. All payments are made in USD.
❀ Your artwork will be completed 1-3 weeks after purchase. Please understand I like to take my time on my art to ensure quality.
❀ A rough draft will be sent to you to make sure you are happy with the design of the commission. It is your responsibility to be clear of the concept and color palette. If you want me to test different color theories please be aware I will additionally charge you for the time it takes me to do this.
❀ You are free to share your commission with the watermarked version. Please credit me when doing so.
❀ You are prohibited from altering the commissioned artwork.
❀ I have the right to decline any commissions. I reserve the right to refuse to draw any NSFW concepts, gore, porn, etc. if you have questions about my particular limitations and comfortability I will be transparent through communication.
❀ I will only draw in my style and will NOT copy original art from another artist. Please do not ask me to do this. I have no problem using other’s artwork as inspiration but your completed piece will be drawn in my style. I DO NOT feel comfortable with photoshopping images. Everything will be hand drawn by me.
❀ I reserve the right to post my artwork to any of my social media pages/websites. I also reserve the right to make prints/merchandise of any artwork I create and sell them. I will not EVER sell your original commission for others to use as a avatar/pfp or for sharing digitally.
❀ By purchasing you agree to not resell my art, trace, copy, sell as an NFT, or profit from my art in any way, shape, or form. If you are interested in commissioning me for commercial purposes please inquire about pricing via dms.
❀ I do not accept refunds or any exchanges.
❀ Completed orders will be uploaded via google drive to preserve the quality of the image. I will send you the link via your preferred method of contact. It is your responsibility to not share this link with anyone.
❀ Additional details will incur an add on charge depending on your wants for the artwork. I will be transparent with pricing before you purchase. If any major changes are made after the final draft is sent- this may incure an additional charge.

About Me

Hi ♡ My name is Elle and I am a self-taught freelance artist. My grandmother, passed on, is a huge source of inspiration to me. She was an artist who was teaching me her tricks and tips at the age of 5. I started with acrylics on canvas and have added other mediums into my style since. I was always drawn to painting faces and landscapes. I started illustrating portraits with an Andy Warhol feel on canvas but have expanded my shading and style over all since switching to digital art. I recently made the transition to digital illustration in the last year. Yilok Draws is a huge source of inspiration for my artwork. The moodiness and glow effects you can see implemented into my style is highly inspired by her.I also love video games, music, cats, reading, fashion, nature, tea, and interior design. I love to create exteriors in animal crossing new horizons! I have also worked with pixel art designs in ACNH.
